a book atc that i was inspired to make by a lady in a facebook group

well its now 2019 and a long time since i added anything to my blog. A lot has happened in the past 5 years , pets have passed on , i have 3 grandaughters now , the youngest being 14 months old . My Krafts have changed as i now dont make cards , i make junk journals , altered art and these little beauties , my rag dolls . i have loved sewing and decided i needed to get back into it.

Been playing with my silhouette cameo today and had a go at these little gift bags..they are so cute
the paper is from my rather large stash of various scrapbooking 12x12 papers

This was an alternative , no pre thought get well card
a friend posted the picture of facebook so i saved it and then printed it out to make her a get well card
a little creepy and gross but funny if you have a sick sense of humour

first card i made using my stencils and paste that my daughter Tina bought me for christmas

the colours are fab
the pastes are easy to use
the stencils are easy to clean

i have entered this one for the new beginings challenge....retirement may not seem new but it is the start of a new life of leisure for those old enough to enjoy it.

 

i have used my promarkers for the image , paper flowers and leaves for the embelishments and ribbons from my rather quickly expanding stash
